Absolutely horrid experience had purchased some mandrels two weeks back , went back today to return coz I needed something with the size written on it, spoken to Nick absolute S***, zero customer service, you can't have some one facing customers with that attitude, wouldn't recommend to anyone who for some reason what a refund ,it's not that he can't resell the product just a plain stupid company policy , will reach out consumer protection too to see if they could help me out
